As Business Transformation Senior Manager at Talkdesk, we expect you to Manage exciting and complex Operational Projects/ Programs ensuring the delivery on time and with quality. 


What you will do:

  • Reporting to the Strategy and Operations Team, you will manage exciting, high impact strategic projects;
    • You will connect and work together with many colleagues from Product and Engineering and beyond;
    • Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them effectively;
    • Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods;
    • Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner;
    • Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and organizations to act.


Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree ideally with 7+ years related experience. MBA highly preferred;
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects with strategic vision and attention to details;
  • Experience in project management. Consultancy background highly preferred;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams;
  • Knowledge of project management processes. Ideally aware of Agile and, Kanban;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and project management software. Ideally JIRA JIRA;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work and influence senior leadership.
