Gladly is looking for a highly talented, creative, and thoughtful individual who can help drive strategy, conduct business value analysis, engage prospective customers in meaningful business and technical discovery sessions, and deliver presentations identifying and articulating the value of Gladly to our prospects and customers. As a member of our Solutions Consulting team, you will work closely with Gladly Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams on our most strategic customer opportunities. You will help form our business value proposition, including strategic account planning, business case justification, and develop and deliver C-Level presentations. You will develop and present compelling value propositions, proposals, and business cases, and work with Gladly's Customer Success team to quanitfy value realization in support of Gladly's largest, most strategic customers.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with prospective customers, Sales, and Solution Consulting to identify, prioritize, and quantify key business drivers and understand how our solutions will help customers meet their strategic objectives.
- Conduct and facilitate internal and external research and discovery around customer business processes, market trends, and business value analysis.
- Enable Gladly's Sales Team to facilitate value-oriented discovery and deliver high-level business value analysis.
- Identify target operational and financial metrics impacted by potential solutions and then use these metrics to develop models to quantify the strategic value of Gladly.
- Develop and deliver executive level presentations to CxOs.
- Support qualitative and quantitative analysis in support of prospective and existing customer opportunities.
- Assist with developing value messaging associated with targeted opportunities
- Develop reusable assets to help scale Gladly's Value Consulting practice across the organization
- Manage and develop a library of Vale Consulting tools such as spreadsheets, presentation templates, case studies, and customer stories
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Business, finance, economics, math, engineering, marketing, or related areas).
- Excellent quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills
- Demonstrated relevant experience, ideally in Finance, Strategy Consulting, or other analytical roles in a management consulting or software environment.
- Experience building and growing value consulting practice
- Experience delivering presentations (internally or externally facing) to C-level audiences
- A self-starter who takes initiative, is creative, has high energy, and would thrive in a fast-paced software company
- Experience in a Sales organization would be a plus
