Job Overview

Team: Cytora Account ManagementSalary Range: $150,000–$240,000 USD Location: Remote (US), with travel within North America (up to 50%)

Opportunity for Impact

Cytora, a division of Applied Systems company, is where insurance technology gets reinvented, and we build it fast. Our cloud software and AI-powered solutions reach thousands of agencies and brokers worldwide, setting the pace for what modern insurance can do.

We’re transforming how insurers and brokers connect, operate, and grow. Our AI-powered platform drives smarter decisions, greater efficiency, and seamless collaboration across the global insurance ecosystem, and we’re looking for curious, collaborative minds ready to help shape what’s next.

We’re looking for a Client Executive to join our Cytora Account Management team and solve meaningful challenges and contribute to cutting-edge AI solutions for insurers and brokers worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a book of strategic carrier and broker accounts as the primary post-sale point of contact
  • Learn each customer’s underwriting and claims workflows and show how Cytora fits into their day-to-day process to drive adoption
  • Track adoption and contract utilization against targets, flagging gaps and driving corrective action
  • Broaden your network within each account, building relationships from senior stakeholders to project teams across underwriting, operations, and IT
  • Run QBRs and executive business reviews to align on value delivered and shape renewal and expansion plans
  • Multithread senior relationships (CUO, CIO, UW Ops, IT) and lead platform walkthroughs that connect AI and data capabilities to underwriting and operations value
  • Travel as needed (up to 50%) for onsite workshops, enablement, and executive sessions

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in Account Management or Customer Success in commercial insurance, with insurance or insurtech experience
  • Deep insurance carrier experience
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trusted senior relationships across underwriting, operations, and IT and lead QBRs or executive readouts
  • Workflow-minded – able to sit with a customer, understand how submissions, intake, and triage work today, and show where Cytora fits into the daily process
  • Product and AI fluent – able to deliver targeted demos and speak clearly about LLMs, data flows, and APIs, always tying tech back to underwriting and operations value
  • Cross-functional orchestrator – partners smoothly with Sales, Delivery, Support, Security, and Legal on escalations and expansions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Talent shows up in a lot of different ways, and we mean that. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experience levels, including military members and their spouses and those without a traditional degree or tech background. If this role speaks to you, apply.

Why You’ll Like the Cytorian LifeThe best work happens when smart people move fast, together. For over 40+ years, Applied has built technology that solves real problems for insurance professionals - and we’re still pushing what’s possible.

You’ll be part of our people-first culture built on trust, inclusion, and growth - where you’re supported to deliver, collaborate with teammates who care, and grow with leaders invested in your success.

How We’ll Support You

We invest in the whole person, not just the role. Our benefits and resources are built to support your health, your time, and your life outside of work:

  • Competitive salary + OTE
  • Flexible working and remote options
  • Professional development budget & conference access
  • Annual company retreats

Compensation Transparency

Our targeted starting total cash compensation in the United States for this role ranges from $150,000 to $240,000 USD and includes base salary and on-target performance-based variable commissions. Actual earnings are uncapped, and many team members exceed on-target amounts by surpassing their sales goals. We consider depth and breadth of experience, skills, and responsibilities when determining starting pay.

Your Security Matters:  Our candidates’ personal information and online safety are top of mind. Applied communicates with candidates only via a secure @appliedsystems.com email address or through our official careers portal. Recruiters will never request payments or ask for financial account or sensitive personal information like Social Security numbers.

AI Utilization

We leverage AI tools to streamline parts of our recruitment workflow (such as resume parsing and interview scheduling). However, final decisions are always conducted by real humans.
