About Microsoft Health & Life Sciences

Microsoft Health & Life Sciences (HLS) brings the Microsoft Cloud, AI and our partner ecosystem to the organizations that care for patients every day. We help health systems reduce clinician burden, improve patient experience and run more efficiently on Microsoft 365, Azure and Microsoft Fabric, working alongside the EHR platforms clinicians rely on.

The Opportunity

Clinical AI is moving fast, and the question for health systems is shifting from “which AI writes the best note?” to “which AI helps my entire care team work better together?” Microsoft Dragon Copilot answers it, unifying Dragon Medical One dictation, DAX Copilot ambient listening and Dragon Copilot for Nursing in one AI clinical assistant for physicians and nurses, integrated with EHRs such as Epic and extending across Microsoft 365, Azure, Fabric and our partners.

As a Clinical Applications Specialist for the West, you will carry a Dragon Copilot quota across large health systems and IDNs in the Western US. You will win net-new and expansion business, move customers from legacy Nuance agreements onto Microsoft Dragon Copilot, and position Microsoft as the intelligence and orchestration layer for the enterprise within our broader Copilot and enterprise AI platform story.

Why Join Us

This role sits at the center of one of the most meaningful uses of AI today: giving clinicians time back for their patients. You will sell a market-leading clinical AI platform backed by the full strength of Microsoft, with colleagues who share a growth mindset, customer obsession and a culture of Respect, Integrity and Accountability.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
