About The Role & Team
Amplitude’s mission is to be the operating system for digital business. At its core, Amplitude provides a new window into digital customer behavior that helps businesses answer the question: “Where do we place our digital bets to maximize growth?” We approach challenges with humility, we take ownership of our contributions, and our growth mindset pushes us to constantly improve ourselves, each other, and the value we bring to customers and partners.
The Brand + Content Marketing team is growing quickly, and seeking a Content Marketing Manager + Copywriter to play a key role in the management and execution of content. You’ll partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to develop messaging and content strategies for varying personas and use cases, and bring it to life in campaign assets. You’ll pitch new ideas, project manage content development, report on what drives results, develop promotion plans, and write everything from landing pages to whitepapers.
As a Content Marketing Manager + Copywriter, you will:
- Build and manage all content leveraged in demand-generating campaigns, in partnership with campaign managers and product marketing.
- Deeply understand our audiences and what they need to become engaged and be successful. Develop, edit, and test messaging for these personas and use cases.
- Write, write, write! You will translate technical topics into human-first emails, ads, landing pages, eBooks, and more.
- Act as a brand expert, editing and publishing content created across the marketing organization.
- Measure, iterate, and develop processes to improve efficiency and delivery.
You'll be a great addition to the team if you:
- Have a track-record developing successful, demand-driving, world-class content.
- Are an expert writer and editor and can execute anything from an attention-grabbing headline to a how-to blog post or a series of nurture emails.
- Love measurement, optimization, and you report regularly on performance.
- Able to connect the “why” of Amplitude to every persona, while maintaining a cohesive message across customer journeys.
- Have the ability to gain buy-in, influence and drive cross functional projects.
