About the role

As our Growth Marketing Program expands, we need an experienced Creative Strategist to join our Paid Marketing Team to own our creative insights, creative learning agenda, and iteration process to produce best in class creative for our paid acquisition channels. You will work closely with the heads of Digital Marketing and Design, as well as channel leads and creative teams to produce step change, creative driven performance improvements at scale across all our paid acquisition channels.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $103,680 and up to $144,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to

  • Own our acquisition creative learning agenda, iteration process, learnings, and process. Pulling together channel needs, creative performance insights, and industry trends you’ll drive a program of continuous innovation of our performance creative.
  • Partnering with Creative and Paid, you’ll build a lightweight process to deliver consistent pipelines of tests all passionate about our creative learning agenda to drive measurable performance.
  • Templatize production of inspiring and actionable creative briefs for our internal and external creative teams to streamline creative production processes. This can also include for cross-function work with product, brand, and customer insights on new products, value props, messaging, upper funnel media.
  • Own, evangelize, and enforce the “what works and what doesn’t” data-driven takeaways playbooks from your tests and industry trends with the Paid and Creative teams to improve the impact of our creative testing budget.
  • Be responsible for applying insights to future creative projects and distribute findings to cross-functional teams to capture wins as quickly as possible.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Consumer Insight and Product Marketing, to develop creative strategies optimized for specific audiences.

To thrive in this role, you have 

  • 3+ years of experience working in a performance marketing team at a brand or agency with a focus on performance acquisition creative strategy and development.
  • Passionate about combining the art of storytelling with data to drive insightful communication between creative, analytics, product, and marketing.
  • Experience managing and directing outside creative vendors, agencies, and resources.
  • Deep understanding of and history of moving critical metrics with creative standard processes across performance marketing channels including Meta, Snapchat, Google, Twitter, etc.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing technologies, media buying strategies, performance marketing critical metrics and how to impact them with creative (LTV/CAC, CTR, etc).
  • Outstanding organization skills and experience with project management systems. Direct experience with Asana, Coda JIRA, and Figma is a plus.
