The Crop Production Specialist plans and executes planting, cultivates, and harvests crops while monitoring soil health and applying fertilizers.
We are looking for a Crop Production Specialist to plan and execute planting, cultivation, and harvesting activities across our fields. You will monitor soil health, apply fertilizers and pesticides in compliance with regulations, maintain production logs, and work with the operations team to maximize yield. Experience with precision agriculture tools is a plus. A degree in Agronomy or Plant Science and 3+ years of crop production experience required.
