The Customer Compliance team works with our customers to:

1. Bring their products to life

2. Ensure they maintain compliance after they are live and scaling (UDAAP, Reg E/Z, Payment network compliance etc.)

3. Help advice them on fraud management and reduction (ACH losses, Card Dispute losses, etc.).


Financial products are complex and our goal is to make them as accessible and easy to use for our customers as possible, which cannot happen without the help and support of our Customer Compliance team.


As Customer Compliance Operations Lead, you're responsible for building and maintaining systems and processes that enable our Customer Compliance teams to scale. Its a very crucial role that requires a knack for data analysis, program management and love for documentation.

What You Will Do:

  • Build and maintain systems that house our customer dashboards and insights into ongoing compliance related customer initiatives.
  • Analyze backlog, present weekly findings to the leadership team.
  • Work cross functionally (Customer Success, Implementation and Engineering) to improve processes to help eliminate backlogs.
  • Document and train Customer Compliance teams on any new processes.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience working in compliance operations within FinTech; startup experience is a plus.
  • A technical mindset
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • A love for documenting & implementing processes
  • Data Driven & Detail Oriented
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have top-notch communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Enjoy solving complex problems and a love for all things Fintech/Product
  • Prior experience with tools such as JIRA is a plus
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and unrelenting passion to deliver the best service possible
  • A general concern for the wellbeing of others and the desire to work on problems that maximize a positive future for humanity
