Opportunity
We are looking for a new member of our Customer Success team! This Customer Success Enablement role is cross-functional across all parts of the customer-facing Customer Success organization. The Customer Success Operations Coordinator role will provide support to the Customer Success Leadership team, assisting them with various tasks to ensure our processes are tracked well and run smoothly. You will also work directly with the Implementation and Customer Success Managers, assisting them with various tasks to deliver value to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with CSM and Implementation counterparts in day-to-day tasks and special ad hoc projects
- Support Customer Success Managers in conducting data analysis ad hoc and for scheduled Customer Business Reviews
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure internal project tracking and resource hour tracking tools are updated
- Act as CS Ops liaison to coordinate data delivery, utilization, and tracking of missing data, including gather customer metrics
- Verify entered account and opportunity data by reviewing and correcting Salesforce records
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to continually refine analytics department processes and tools
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience working in a Sales or Customer Success Operations role
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritize across short-term and long-term goals
- Self-driven, focused, and motivated
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve mutual goals
- BA/BS from a 4-year university or equivalent experience
