We are looking for a Cybersecurity professional to protect our organization’s digital assets and systems. The ideal candidate will monitor, analyze, and respond to security threats, ensuring that company data, infrastructure, and applications remain secure against potential attacks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze network traffic and security alerts for potential threats or suspicious activities.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis and remediation.
  • Implement and maintain firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses.
  • Manage user access control, identity management, and endpoint security.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure secure system configurations.
  • Stay updated on the latest security trends, exploits, and threat intelligence.
  • Prepare detailed reports on incidents, audits, and compliance status.
  • Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT security, network administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and security frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel).
  • Knowledge of threat analysis, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or OSCP.
  • Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
  • Understanding of compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, or SOC 2.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn.
