We are looking for a Demand Planning Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of demand forecasts across our product portfolio. This role will work closely with the senior planning team and commercial stakeholders to ensure our supply chain is positioned to meet customer demand reliably and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is analytically minded, collaborative, and eager to develop their skills in forecasting and supply chain planning within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining statistical demand forecasts for an assigned product portfolio

• Analyze historical sales trends, seasonality, and demand patterns to generate and refine baseline forecasts

• Identify and investigate forecast exceptions, working with commercial teams to incorporate promotional and market inputs

• Generate weekly and monthly forecast accuracy reports and highlight key variances for leadership review

• Maintain demand planning system data integrity including item master updates and hierarchy maintenance

• Support S&OP preparation by compiling demand review materials and tracking open action items

• Collaborate with supply planning, logistics, and commercial teams on demand-related issues and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a data-intensive analytical role

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and statistical functions

• Familiarity with demand planning or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or similar)

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS CPIM certification (or in progress)

• Experience with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) for demand analytics

• Exposure to S&OP processes in a consumer goods or manufacturing environment
