We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support the performance and continuous improvement of our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will play a critical part in translating data into actionable insights that help leadership make faster, more informed decisions.
The ideal candidate is analytically driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple functions to investigate issues, identify root causes, and support process optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze supply chain performance data across procurement, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key supply chain KPIs
• Support the evaluation and implementation of new supply chain systems, tools, and processes
• Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions, delays, or cost variances
• Collaborate with demand planning, operations, and procurement teams to support cross-functional projects
• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations on supply chain performance
• Maintain data integrity across ERP and supply chain management platforms
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, operations, or a related analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification (or in progress)
• Experience with supply chain analytics platforms or Python/R for data analysis
• Background in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods supply chains
