As the Director of BDRs for Americas, you will lead a team of BDR Managers and report to the Global Head of Business Development. Your teams will provide lead generation, business development and qualification activities for our Account Executives by setting qualified meetings with prospective new logo customers and by going deeper and wider within existing Public Sector customers.
What You'll Own
- Inspire and develop the Teams through 1:1 and group training sessions.
- Coach your Leadership Team through a variety of activities to improve their skills.
- Ensure the America Teams meets call, email and social media activities and targets to hit ongoing quotas
- Know our services, sales techniques, pricing and marketing programs and understand sales patterns and strategies
- Collaborate closely with our Account Executives Leadership to create new opportunities
What You Need To Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, or sales development management preferably in SaaS or similar enterprise applications, managing managers with a passion for building and coaching diverse teams.
- Can motivate and inspire to help Managers and their BDRs exceed goals
- Experience developing productive business relationships with all levels of our client management
- Organize sales campaigns that may include support from multiple teams
- CRM experience or comparable salesforce automation tool
