As a member of Clever's District Onboarding and Scaled Customer Success team, you are the first touchpoint in the district’s journey, and work diligently to ensure full adoption and long-term success in our Clever platform. You are also part of the team that strategizes on how to capture the remaining school districts that are not currently on Clever and work with the key stakeholders at these districts to expand Clever’s network.  Lastly, you will work with key stakeholders at smaller school districts after they onboard on to Clever to provide 1:many success programming and ensure they fully adopt Clever’s products. A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Successfully onboard school districts on the Clever platform
  • Use data to strategically engage assigned customer pipeline in order to drive quick implementation and full adoption 
  • Fully educate district leaders on Clever to drive full adoption of the product, often by selling districts on the value of full adoption
  • Overcome common objections district leaders give to fully adopting Clever, and challenge misconceptions about Clever that they may have 
  • Deepen relationships with Clever’s application partners
  • Advocate within Clever on the customer’s behalf
  • Collaborate closely with your team members and cross functionally to achieve business goals

  • You have sales, customer success or similar experience to properly educate the customer and set them up for success

  • You are a relationships person - you thrive helping customers over the phone or email
  • You are data oriented and are excited to use it to drive results at scale
