About the Role: 

The Training Coordinator is an integral part of the Global Training and Education Team. The position brings together the administrative and logistical functions of training coordination. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for implementing the communications and operations needed to support the goals and objectives of the Professional Training and Education programs. This position reports to Global Manager, Training Sales and Operations.


A Day in the Life of Our Training Coordinator:

  • Coordinate and schedule training events and related communications
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and overall experience and assist customers with all training requests or queries
  • Data management for training in SalesForce, Learning Management System, GoToTraining, and Google Workspace
  • Monitor and report event registrations and schedules to manager, instructors and sales teams
  • Coordinate private onsite and public training courses - synchronize customers and training instructors. Providing customers with all necessary materials, licenses, etc.
  • Ensure up-to-date training materials are shared with trainers and customers
  • Administration of Training Certificates for students and trainers
  • Generate and prepare status reports for sales and training metrics
  • Support sales team and training programs to meet sales goals
  • Provide logistical support for the implementation of new systems and policies for the Global Training Sales & Operations, and Education department
  • Organize appointments and travel expenses for internal and external trainers
  • Support external vendors for training-related services


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Professional communication in English and German
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in SalesForce and MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs. and Lucid Charts
  • Experience in event logistics and training coordination
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
  • Experience with Altium products a plus
  • Additional foreign language skills (Italian, French, Japanese are a plus)
