As a Manager, Employee Communications & Experiences, you'll help bring some of ServiceNow's most important experiences, stories, and priorities to life for our global employee community.

You'll lead experiences and communications strategies that connect our people to our culture and business—from the moments that celebrate who we are to the company milestones shaping where we're headed next. You'll work across teams and geographies, bringing together great storytelling, creative thinking, and thoughtful employee experiences to drive understanding, connection, and action.

You'll report to the Director, Employee Communications & Experiences. This is a highly collaborative role with plenty of room to learn, grow, experiment, and innovate—and an opportunity to make an impact on how employees experience ServiceNow.

What you’ll get to do in this role:

  • Lead global employee events tied to our integrated Cultural Moments strategy, bringing together experiences across key programs connected to our Employee Belonging Groups, Global Impact and Sustainability priorities, product launches, and other moments that matter to our employees and business.

  • Shape communications strategies for milestone company experiences, including our quarterly town hall, SNL: ServiceNow Live, annual Employee Kickoff, and other global moments—building narratives and engagement strategies that connect employees to our company strategy and priorities.

  • Create global employee engagement campaigns that turn company initiatives into compelling opportunities for employees to participate, connect, and take action.

  • Support live events on site, leaning in with the team that makes the magic happen for our employees.

  • Bring our AI story to life for employees, developing fresh, AI-centered content and campaigns that build understanding, excitement, and momentum around this critical area of our business.

  • Connect the dots across teams and initiatives, partnering with stakeholders across Communications, Employee Belonging, ESG, Product, Marketing, and other functions to create cohesive employee experiences.

  • Turn strategy into execution, owning programs from initial concept and planning through launch, measurement, and iteration while keeping partners aligned along the way.

  • Experiment with new ways to engage our people, bringing curiosity and creativity to how we use content, channels, experiences, and emerging technology to reach a global workforce.

  • Measure what works and keep making it better, using employee insights, engagement data, and feedback to evolve strategies and strengthen the impact of our programs.

  • Learn, grow, and contribute to the team, building your expertise while collaborating with a team that's constantly looking for smarter, more creative ways to connect and engage our people.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related field

  • 6-8 years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement

  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to own large, complex workstreams independently

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to write for multiple audiences and in various formats

  • Self-starter who takes ownership without needing heavy oversight; eager to learn and jump into ambiguous situations

  • Resourceful and self-motivated; able to independently prioritize shifting workloads in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
