As an Engagement Manager on the Professional Services team, you'll report to the Director of Engagement Management. Your main goals are to work with the sales team to position services value, introduce implementation best practices, and support closing the license sale while setting up the customer for success. You will demonstrate prescriptive solution design and display project delivery credibility while presenting comprehensive implementation proposals for Fortune 500 customers and prospects.

What You'll Own

  • Align with Sales & Services teams during pre-sales activities such as the development of customer implementation proposals, SOWs, staffing plans, specifically through engaging with SMEs across the organization to create an appropriate proposal
  • Support the Services team with input and insight into the proposed solution and client needs to ensure successful project delivery
  • Anticipate and formalize customer technical implementation and training and support requirements
  • Lead sales calls to position services, set expectations, and recommend packages or custom solutions
  • Draft SOWs and support sales through procurement process
  • Develop custom solution packages according to scope
  • Identify any early implementation or ongoing risks with an account

What You Need to Succeed

  • 4+ years of experience in customer facing professional services role with at least 4 years of experience selling professional services
  • Understanding of a variety of project delivery methodologies (i.e. Agile, SDLC, Iterative, Waterfall)
  • Experience selling and contracting professional services
  • Experience with Web-based applications
