This role is critical to the continued success of the company, and we are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and bring ideas to the team.

This position is remote from anywhere in the United States.

 A day in the life of our Enterprise Account Manager

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a robust portfolio of assigned enterprise customers and own the interface from contract signature onwards (onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of the relationship and revenue) with emphasis on:
  • As an extreme owner of assigned accounts, identify, and successfully communicate readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule
  • Serve as the team's internal expert in a particular vertical
  • Identify, design, and lead implementation of system enhancements and automation to improve the internal and external system interface

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; OR high school diploma/equivalency
  • 6+ years of business development, operations, engineering, or account management experience
  • 6+ years of consulting or project management experience
  • 6+ years working with customers to support a technical product/service

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience managing multiple complex projects and delivering under tight deadlines and resource constraints
  • Experience building long-term and successful customer relationships demonstrating empathy, active listening, and resiliency skills
  • Significant technical knowledge of design software or related technology
  • Ability to synthesize multiple unique requirements and suggest smart solutions, products, or features
  • Track record of demonstrating sound business judgement, evaluating alternatives, and making recommendations that were adopted and ultimately successful
  • Ability to negotiate successfully, especially after a contract is signed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to craft and present professional presentations at all levels
  • Ability to manage execution of significant or complex contracts including initial intake, renegotiation of terms, and schedules
  • Experience in the technology industry is strongly preferred but we will consider candidates with experience selling software as a service product.
  • Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support critical milestones or operations shifts
  • Availability and willingness to travel as needed to customer sites and meetings

The salary and commission range for this role is $150,000 - $250,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
