About the role: 

This position will be the first Sales Director selling our platform across a set named target accounts. You will sell directly into C-Suite and Director Level personas in the enterprise space, while also building and developing the Enterprise Sales team to be successful. This role is critical to the continued success of the company and we are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and bring ideas to the team. We are seeking to hire a talented, seasoned professional with a strong track record in SaaS sales. 

This position is remote from anywhere in the U.S. 

 A day in the life of our Enterprise Sales Director

  • Actively seek out new lines of business to C-Suite individuals in an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Uncover executive-level initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business
  • Strong strategic thinking, including analytical and financial planning skills, to meet and exceed quotas and goals
  • Strong success in coaching and managing an exceptional sales team
  • Build an account strategy and territory plan
  • Developing and executing a consultative and compelling sales approach for clients
  • Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise
  • Continuously evaluating sales tactics, strategies, and talking points with the team
  • Generate a pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
  • Develop accurate forecasts
  • Sell on value and ROI vs. technical functionality
  • Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
  • Own your account list and manage expectations and timelines, and act as the leader with internal stakeholders
  • Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
  • Have a deep understanding of the way businesses operate, how private and public companies make decisions, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-leve

Who We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of full-cycle sales experience and Enterprise level experience
  • Extensive track record of new business sales success, within Enterprise Software, including presentation and negotiation skills within the industry and a C Level within the market
  • Proven track record of building consistent over-achieving high-performance SaaS sales teams
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and people management skills
  • You have a robust Salesforce experience and reporting skill set and have detailed knowledge of SaaS tech stack including sourcing, prospecting, and outreach technologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline from large enterprise accounts managing outbound prospecting teams
  • Ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
  • Ability to build and present executive-level slide decks and present them to your customers
  • Experience in comprehending and delivering ROI/ Business Case
  • Ability to prepare reports and articulate learnings  

The salary + commission range for this role is $125k - $250k. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
