The salary range for this position is:
California (Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara counties) - $95,500 - $124,950 USD
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

- Meeting Coordination: prepare agendas, manage meeting logistics, take notes, track follow-up action items to ensure productive and efficient meetings.
- Travel Management: coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and necessary travel documentation. Attention to detail is essential.
- Expense Management: process and manage travel expenses and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.
Communication Support: serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence professionally and ensuring timely responses. - Information Organization: gather and consolidate information into clear summaries to support the executive's preparation for meetings and decision-making.
- Relationship Management: build and maintain productive working relationships with internal teams and external contacts to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
