Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating field deployments, managing team leads, tracking field KPIs, resolving operational escalations, and collaborating with HQ operations and logistics teams. A Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or a related field and 5+ years of field operations management experience required. Willingness to travel up to 30% required.
