We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a high-growth organization. This role is responsible for building and executing supply chain strategies that drive cost efficiency, improve service reliability, and scale with business growth.

The ideal candidate will bring deep cross-functional expertise, strong supplier relationships, and the ability to lead teams through complex operational challenges. You will serve as a key connector between commercial, finance, and operations functions to ensure supply chain performance is tightly aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain strategy including planning, sourcing, manufacturing coordination, and distribution

• Develop and track supply chain KPIs and drive accountability across teams for performance targets

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce total cost and improve fill rates, lead times, and inventory turns

• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, finance, and commercial teams to align supply chain plans with business goals

• Manage supplier escalations, risk mitigation plans, and business continuity strategies

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals

• Identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions to modernize supply chain operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Engineering

• 6+ years of progressive supply chain management experience across planning, procurement, or logistics

• Strong analytical skills with experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field

• Experience in a high-growth, consumer products, or manufacturing environment
