About The Role
As Product Manager working on Growth at JustAnswer, you will be responsible for improving our funnel to have a tangible impact on the business and the lives of our customers. You are adept at leading cross functional teams to execute on a product vision in a high growth business. You help drive our overall Data and Personalization strategy and work with senior leadership to ensure we meet our overall business goals. You’ll develop and launch tests, dig deep into the data, and learn quickly from the results.
This role reports into Group PM and requires strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, e-Commerce (strong preference) and Conversion. We want entrepreneurs who have proven experience showcasing how they have increased user conversion via optimizing product workflows and designs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platform and products
- Lead with creative ideas to increase user conversion by optimizing chatbots, login pages, credit card pages, mobile workflow
- Working with customer research, data analytics, and competitive intelligence teams to develop a strong outside-in perspective and identify the biggest areas of individual and employer need and business opportunity
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity & product satisfaction
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
- Work with DB architects to help define how we store customer data
- Work with various Product team to understand how this data can be utilized for personalization across the site
- Drive innovation, definition, deliverables planning, and design of new products
- Define and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success
- Define product requirements for MVPs and new features/enhancements
- Work through PowerBI and Analytics reports to parse out details to build satisfying customer experience
Qualifications
Skills
- At least 2 years of product management or growth experience
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization on landing pages
- Experience with SEO, growth, lead acquisition, and performance marketing are a plus.
- Self-starter with a bias toward action and a proven track record of results
- Know how to delight customers and how to use data to know if you did
- Experience building and scaling a product from the ground up
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize ruthlessly and execute methodically
- Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally
- Understanding of key technologies and ability to converse at a technical level
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Computer Science background or MBA a plus.
