As the Global Head of the IT Help Desk, you will report to our IT Director in Tel Aviv. You will manage a global team of employees and contractors to ensure the smooth implementation and maintenance of WalkMe's computing needs.


What You'll Own

  • Manage information technology and computer systems functionally and in a manner that supports our business and our employees
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
  • Manage IT staff by recruiting and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
  • Ensure security of data, network access and remote access
  • Support user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures

What You Need to Succeed

  • 6+ years experience in an Information Technology department or related field
  • 3+ years experience managing IT and Help Desk staff
  • Experience working with cloud-based software solutions such as G-Suite, OKTA, etc.
  • Experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
  • Working knowledge of Windows and MAC computers, operating systems
  • Experience with AWS, EC2, VPC
