We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.

We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.

Rula is a remote-first company. We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii.

About the Role

The Provider Group Partnerships team is focused on bringing life-changing mental healthcare to health system patients across the United States. We are authentic, trusted experts who build real relationships with providers and health systems because we know there's a patient and teammate behind every referral who can't afford for us to be average.

We are seeking a Health System Partnership Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the commercial growth and delivery engine for our health system accounts, partnering closely with a Health Systems Account Executive to successfully launch, penetrate, and rapidly scale these relationships nationwide. You will play a vital role in shaping market strategy, driving adoption results, and owning expansion outcomes for these high-impact partnerships.

You will be responsible for building deep relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders by establishing organizational credibility, leading demand generation and enablement initiatives across local clinics, and synthesizing complex performance trends into clear, impactful business review narratives.

If you are a builder who loves the challenge of navigating complex health systems, translating messy conversion data into compelling growth stories, and winning over busy clinical teams to embed Rula into their daily workflows, you belong here. You won't just be managing a portfolio, you’ll be accountable for turning complex health system partnerships into consistent referral volume, stronger adoption, and more patients getting into care.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in health system account management, healthcare strategy & analytics, commercial operations, partner support, provider growth, health system strategic planning, or healthcare business development

  • Intermediate data literacy with Salesforce reporting, Slides, Google Sheets, and/or business intelligence tools (Looker) to organize, manipulate, and interpret performance metrics and synthesize into clear takeaways

  • Proven experience presenting data narratives and leading meetings with healthcare administrative leaders, service line directors, corporate partners, or clinical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated success managing and growing complex healthcare partnerships - improving workflows, provider referral dynamics, or strategic growth initiatives

  • Proven track record of owning and exceeding numeric growth goals, referral velocity targets, or portfolio revenue metrics. You operate with a true commercial owner mindset and have experience translating operational pipeline improvements directly into volume and top-line growth

  • Ability to travel 25% to assigned health system sites to lead high-impact partner meetings, deliver on-the-ground clinic enablement sessions, and host executive growth reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with key administrative and clinical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • Master of Health Administration (MHA) or a Master's degree in a related clinical / healthcare operations field.

  • Direct, in-hospital operational experience or deep familiarity working inside a large health system or medical group network.

  • 1+ years of direct partnerships or account delivery experience within a health technology or venture-backed healthcare services company.

  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of health system accounts and successfully executing "land-and-expand" strategies (e.g., expanding into new clinics or service lines).

We're serious about your well-being! As part of our team, full-time employees receive:

  • 100% remote work environment: Working hours to support a healthy work-life balance, ensuring you can meet both professional and personal commitments (must be based in United States, currently not hiring in Hawaii)

  • Attractive pay and benefits: Full transparency of pay ranges regardless of where you live in the United States

  • Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and FSA/HSA

  • 401(k) plan access: Start saving for your future

  • Generous time-off policies: Including 2 company-wide shutdown weeks each year for self-care (for most employees)

  • Paid parental leave: Available for all parents, including birthing, non-birthing, adopting, and fostering

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Supporting your mental and physical health

  • Quarterly department stipend: Fun team-building activities or in-person gatherings

  • Community and employee resource groups: Participate in groups that celebrate employee identity and lived experiences, fostering a sense of community and belonging for all

  • Home office stipend: New hire home office stipend & $50 monthly stipend to help cover internet or cell phone expenses

  • Wellness at Rula program: Year-round wellness initiatives and a $50/month wellness stipend

Our team

We believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental to our mission of making mental healthcare work for everyone.  We are dedicated to having a culture of inclusion that will support our employees in feeling safe, seen, heard, and valued.
