As the HR Coordinator, you will support and scale our systems and processes as we enter into our next phase of growth. You will own our HR systems, ensuring data integrity, best practices, and legal compliance. The HR Coordinator will be the face of HR Operations as the first point of contact for all of our employees. 

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related questions, ensuring all HR tickets in Zendesk are resolved within SLA’s while meeting employee expectations.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including benefits portal enrollment/termination, employment verification, and swag items.
  • Ensure employee data is accurate and properly stored within HRIS and employee personnel files.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on HR systems, processes, and policies.
  • Partner with HR Ops in administering benefits, including annual benefits enrollment.
  • Collaborate with the larger People Org to improve people programs, services, and systems.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems; understand capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication; relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people regardless of rank and tenure.
  • Sense of urgency to provide stakeholders timely and helpful information.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information ethically and responsibly and to protect the confidentiality of business information. 
  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence and prioritize workflow. 
  • Ability to effectively set priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.
