As a HR Generalist, you will support our people programs as we enter into our next phase of growth. This role will be responsible for a range of duties that include onboarding, LOA/benefits administration, and employee engagement. You will be regarded as the subject matter expert on measuring and improving employee sentiment and all People.ai employee programs.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end program management of People programs, creating feedback loops and reporting mechanisms to improve the impact of programs.
- Own new hire onboarding and induction, partnering with hiring managers, IT, and Talent to improve onboarding survey results and ramping time.
- Partner with HR Ops in managing and administering benefits, such as leaves of absence and annual benefits enrollment.
- Act as a strategic and operational thought partner to the People Team in creating positive employee experiences.
- Collaborate with the larger People Org to improve people programs, services, and systems.
Requirements
- Experience scaling and optimizing new hire onboarding in high-growth organizations.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and iterating highly impactful people programs.
- Understand the core principles of benefits administration, employee engagement, and program management.
- Ability to effectively set priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and produce quality work.
- Can turn raw data into valuable informationAbility to work with a high degree of independence and prioritize workflow.
