As the Head of Recruiting, you are responsible for developing and driving the recruiting strategy in alignment with our business goals. This role will report to the VP of People.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Lead a best-in-class recruiting team 
  • Mentor and develop a growing recruiting team that values collaboration, continuous learning and development, and achieving ambitious goals
  • Build, implement, and iterate on recruiting programs that align with business goals
  • Drive operational excellence across recruiting operations, talent branding, and reporting
  • Work alongside the recruiting and management team from providing insights on the talent market to refining our interview processes
  • Collaborate with the marketing and recruiting teams on talent branding efforts that attract and engage talented and diverse candidates
  • Ensure the recruiting team has the resources they needed to succeed; you understand the impact the right technology toolkit can have on your team’s productivity
  • Collaborate with our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager, employee resource group leads, and our Equity & Belonging Leadership Committee to define and execute recruiting strategies that will increase representation of historically and systematically marginalized communities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
  • 3+ years of people and team management experience
  • Ability to balance new recruiting initiatives with ambitious hiring targets
  • Experience managing change at scale
  • Rigorous approach to recruiting operations, data, insights and reporting, process change and strategy
  • Consultative approach to collaborating with leaders across multiple functions; you have hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from early-career to executive levels
  • Deep sense of empathy, humility, and ability to communicate effectively across an organization
  • A perspective on and deep belief of the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion across all facets of the hiring and recruitment process

For Colorado* based candidates - The range of our base salary cash compensation for this role for candidates living in Colorado is between $150,000-180,000, final offers are determined using multiple factors including experience and level of expertise. We offer a full robust benefits package and stock options. Because Clever’s base compensation is driven by location, our recruiters will be happy to discuss a salary range for other locations during the interview process.
