The Opportunity


Sensor Tower is hiring a Senior Business Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting as we continue to scale our company. This position will focus on business-side recruiting, across teams such as Customer Success, Sales, Finance and Marketing. We are seeking candidates who are interested in potentially taking on a leadership role as the team continues to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting while maintaining excellent candidate experience.
  • Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels.
  • Create meaningful relationships with hiring managers and consistently collaborate on internal hiring needs. Act as a talent partner by bringing forth market data and excellent ideas on improving interviewing and hiring practices.
  • Extend and negotiate offers of employment, while being creative with compensation package options.
  • Market the employee value proposition to ensure candidates understand how their aspirations connect with what the company has to offer.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficient with managing the full recruiting process from sourcing to closing
  • Established trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage and close candidates at every career-level
  • Proficient with boolean searches: you know how to use the internet to your advantage!
  • Knowledgeable in the latest approaches to finding great talent
  • Experience influencing changes in internal recruiting processes and systems
  • Action-oriented when faced with change or ambiguous problems
  • Experience mentoring / training team members.

Extra Credit

  • You have successfully recruited on international positions (e.g. roles based in Europe, Asia, North and South America) and are aware of the unique challenges pertaining to recruiting from different regions.
