Implementation Analyst, Technical Services

<p><br>As an Implementation Analyst, you will manage projects for customers requesting CRS integrations, PMS migrations, and company migrations, making a significant impact on the customer’s experiences with Duetto. Your role is pivotal in building advocacy and setting Duetto apart from the competition. You are a confident, goal-driven business analyst who excels in relationship building and managing multiple priorities.</p>
<p>To ensure your success in this role, you will participate in a comprehensive three-month training program. During this period, you will work closely with our Support team to learn the integration basics and become familiar with our knowledge base and playbooks. This training is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel as an Implementation Analyst.</p>
<p>Once fully trained, you will take the lead in orchestrating implementations, leveraging your expertise to guide customers through the process. Your ability to balance the technical and relational aspects of the job will be key in delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term customer satisfaction.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during customer onboarding.</li>
<li>Gather, document, and execute complex and detailed technical requirements.</li>
<li>Manage multiple overlapping customer implementations, ensuring clear communication of project status to stakeholders for each.</li>
<li>Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients, integration partners, and internal team members.</li>
<li>Maintain comprehensive project documentation for historical reference and reporting.</li>
<li>Onboard new customers to the Duetto platform or facilitate migration for existing customers undergoing changes in ownership or adopting a new property management system.</li>
<li>Execute intricate hotel configurations within the Duetto platform.</li>
<li>Configure and establish connections between customer property management systems and Duetto.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising during the onboarding process.</li>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in Hospitality or Hospitality Technology.</li>
<li>Experience in complex project management, including meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.</li>
<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills appropriately tailored to the target audience.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel knowledge.</li>
<li>Strong technical and analytical skills; adept at troubleshooting complex issues.</li>
<li>Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.</li>
<li>University Degree.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Salesforce.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience working with integrations, APIs, and&nbsp; XML transactions..</li>
<li>Experience with an RMS, channel manager, CRS, or PMS is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience with Javascript.</li>
