LocaliQ is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative (Events) to help local businesses grow their visibility and revenue through event-based advertising, sponsorships, and promotional partnerships. This role owns the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and pipeline development to presenting solutions and closing new business.

What You’ll Do- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close new business
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and activity targets
- Conduct daily outbound outreach to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Present event sponsorship and advertising solutions to business decision-makers
- Partner with internal teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate forecasting, notes, and activity tracking in CRM
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience (B2B, outbound, or account acquisition preferred)
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota expectations
- Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
- Confident communicator with strong phone presence and closing ability
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and competitive
- Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree or media/advertising sales experience is a plus
- Base hourly rate: $19.24/hour
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$65,000
- Top performers earning $100K+ annually

The hourly rate for this role will range between $17.00 and $19.24.
