Contracts are the atomic unit of business - everything important that a company does involves a contract: sales, purchases, hires, everything. The process for making a contract happen isn’t that different from the software lifecycle: a cross-functional group collaborates on a technical document that essentially needs to be executable - just in a courtroom instead of a computer. Most legal teams are still stuck doing things manually, emailing versions of these documents around seeking approval and revisions with no easy way to automate workflows. Our IT team plays a pivotal role in creating platforms for success so our Ironclad team can execute on our vision. As an IT teammate, you’ll partner with our Operations team on growth strategies and execute on technology needs as we grow. You also bring empathy to understand employee technology needs. You’ll enable the team, build out new offices, and design IT strategy for a fast-paced, fast-growing technology company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate: Partner with teams across Ironclad to solve technology problems through the use of SaaS systems, and help scale by managing the application lifecycle from app selection to implementation.
- Assist teams with integrating new SaaS productions into existing IT systems
- Proactive research and development of IT best practices for systems and processes related to SaaS products. Evolving standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Enablement & Support: Prepare training materials and documentation to enable the team for success. Create strategies to anticipate blockers.
- Evaluates current SaaS portfolio to determine redundancies and efficiency in the current tech stack.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years experience of support in a technical capacity.
- Experience in a fast-growing company; direct experience with SaaS products, solutions, or ecosystems preferred.
- Proficient in driving results and outcomes while solving complex problems.
- SAML and SSO configuration experience with Okta preferred
- Strong customer service and analytical skills
