About The Role:
We are looking for a talented IT Support Specialist to join our IT department in New York.
At HiBob, we’re building the exceptional in all that we do. In this role, you’ll be the go-to Bobber for IT in New York and globally, responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the IT experience for our Bobbers are exceptional.
**Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office at least three days a week. We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**
Job requirements

  • Can demonstrate 2-3 years of experience as an IT Helpdesk / System Admin in a SaaS organization.
  • Hands-on experience with computer hardware and software installations, administration, and Tier 1, 2 troubleshooting, can diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong familiarity with macOS, Windows 10, 11 - Required.
  • Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, particularly JAMF - Highly Preferred.
  • Experience as an administrator of SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Zendesk, Office 365, and more (Required).
  • You are self-motivated and self-directed; you’ll take a task and run with it through to completion.

Job responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding technical support for Bobbers' requests and issues related to workstation hardware and software (both Windows and macOS), network connectivity, and audio/video and web conferencing systems.
  • Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations for various cloud platforms and applications.
  • Coordinate IT orders and stock, collaborating closely with suppliers and vendors.
  • Provide both on-site and remote support, ensuring uninterrupted IT services.
  • Administer corporate cloud services such as Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Zoom, Zendesk, Office 365, and more.
  • Assist with network administration tasks.
  • Maintain meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment (event spaces) for smooth operations.
  • Take ownership of IT stock and asset management.
  • Lead seamless IT onboarding for all new Bobbers and ensure complete offboarding processes are carried out when Bobbers leave us.
  • Lead challenging technological projects that support the growth and scale of HiBob.
  • Create knowledge base articles and documentation on implemented solutions and system configurations.
  • Always look for opportunities to improve our IT practices and processes.
  • Support our internal events and general audio-video and digital signage with best-in-class hardware and software.


Base salaries for this role ranges from $88,000 - $100,000 USD per year.
