<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The part-time FN Keyholder will oversee all aspects of store performance through sales management, operational and personnel functions, as well as store visual aesthetics and environment.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Creates and fosters a culture that ensures the customer is the focus of all activities.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assists in maximizing store volume and profit in accordance with store/company goals through excellent staffing, customer service and attention to detail in a fast-pace environment.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support and manage daily opening and closing operations of the store to include customer service, management register functions, merchandising, styling, floor set execution, replenishment, launches, updates, and shipment.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Review and respond to all emails and corporate visual communications daily.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Follow company practices by maintaining the standards of the sales floor, backroom and stock room by ensuring all are organized and clean.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Supports hiring, training, development, coaching, and leading of Associates on all aspects of the business.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Address disciplinary actions and initiatives; administers and follows up on corrective action for all employees with Supervisor’s approval.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Performs Manager on duty tasks and running of the business as needed.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support all loss prevention and safety initiatives.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Any other duties assigned by management.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Must have at least 2+ years of retail management/keyholder experience.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proficient in POS and other retail software preferred.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to act with integrity and professionalism to ensure that all business is conducted.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including two closing shifts per week and two full weekends per month.</span></li>
