<p><strong>ROLE OVERVIEW</strong></p>
<p>The Keyholder you will oversee all aspects of store performance through sales management, operational and team member functions, and visual aesthetics within the retail environment.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong><em>Must be available to work at least two out of the three weekend days - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - each week, and to work shifts of no less than four hours.</em></strong></p>

<li>Understanding of receiving and processing merchandise|inventory management</li>
<li>Process sales and returns through the POS systems with accuracy and efficiency</li>
<li>Perform daily operations and closing procedures</li>

<li>Participate in monthly and seasonal inventory counts</li>
<li>Be proactive and take initiative</li>
<li>Understand and follow employee handbook and company guidelines including but not limited to core values, dress code guidelines and customer service guidelines</li>

<li>Demonstrate shop ownership and lead when the store manager is not present</li>
<li>Support the store manager in all aspects of running the store</li>
<li>Operate business profitably and minimize potential for loss</li>

<li>Resolve team member concerns fairly and in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Support new initiatives</li>
<li>Fairly delegate responsibilities to the sales staff</li>
<li>Train and coach team members on effective sales techniques and product knowledge to improve their performance | support the growth of your team, and to increase sales.</li>
<li>Lead by example, take ownership of your development, assess your performance, and actively seek feedback, resources, and opportunities to improve and elevate your skills, knowledge and abilities</li>

<p><strong>ROLE REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum two years of experience managing a fashion retail environment</li>
<li>Technological competency; experience with NetSuite, Shopify and Gladly desired</li>
<li>Computer literacy, data entry and data processing skills</li>
<li>Energetic, confident, and adaptable personality</li>
<li>Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Detail-oriented</li>

<li>High School Diploma | GED&nbsp;</li>
<li>Availability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends</li>
