We are seeking a Senior Demand Planner to lead statistical demand forecasting and integrated business planning processes across a complex portfolio of products. This role is the engine of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and serves as the critical link between commercial intelligence and supply chain execution.

The ideal candidate brings strong quantitative skills, a deep understanding of demand variability drivers, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners in sales, marketing, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve statistical demand forecasts across a portfolio of SKUs using advanced planning tools

• Facilitate monthly S&OP and demand review meetings, aligning commercial and supply chain teams on a consensus forecast

• Analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes of variance, and implement corrective actions to improve planning performance

• Incorporate market intelligence, promotional plans, new product launches, and customer insights into the demand plan

• Partner with sales and marketing teams to capture qualitative demand signals and translate them into quantitative forecast adjustments

• Generate demand planning reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting methodology, tools, and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field

• 5+ years of demand planning experience in a consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing environment

• Proficiency with advanced demand planning tools (Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, or equivalent)

• Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to build and validate forecasting models

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or IBF CPF/ACPF certification

• Experience leading S&OP process design or transformation initiatives

• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for advanced demand analytics
