We are looking for a motivated and experienced manager to join our rapidly expanding Account Management team. This Manager will be responsible for leading the team to partner closely with our customers, keeping them active and engaged, through proactive 1:1 relationships.The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading Account Management teams, a history of setting and achieving aggressive goals, and show excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance outcomes of your team, including customer retention, revenue growth, customer engagement
  • Manage and develop your team of Account Managers, consistently providing feedback, guidance and coaching
  • Identify barriers to operational excellence and develop new processes to increase efficiency among the team and within the organization
  • Execute various projects to facilitate improvements for the customer experience and team effectiveness, including process standardization and performance reporting (frequently requiring cross-functional collaboration)
  • Manage stakeholder internal and external communications; de escalate customer challenges and be a professional face of the company
  • Partner with your fellow Managers to ensure consistency across teams, collaborate to solve problems and find improvements

Who are you?

  • 4+ years of experience working in Account Management (specifically supporting B2B relationships)2+ years leading Account Management teams directly responsible for the outcomes of customer relationships
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, able to effectively problem-solve with few resources
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and to clearly communicate priorities and initiatives
  • Demonstrated success with scaling support organizations, including change management and communication
  • Proven ability to motivate, influence, and work effectively with different levels of employees and diverse groups
  • Ability to tailor communications, including for internal and external senior leaders
  • Expert time management and prioritization skills and works well under constraints or high demand
