  • Collaborate with our strategy and product organizations in defining and exploring key member community experiences that drive product growth
  • Design and conduct experiments end-to-end and act as the subject matter expert to your stakeholders and the broader analytics team
  • Recruit and lead a team of analysts responsible for supporting multiple product initiatives
  • Oversee and direct multiple senior and lead analysts as they query large datasets, visualize results, and present findings and recommendations to cross functional and senior stakeholders
  • Lead efforts within your team and alongside other analytics team members to build, standardize, improve, and drive adoption of analytical processes
  • Foster a data-driven, test-and-learn culture with your passion for telling stories with data

To thrive in this role, you have

  • A quantitative degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or Engineering
  • 9+ years in an analytical or data-focused role. B2C product analytics and FinTech experience preferred
  • 2+ years direct management experience overseeing the work and career development of 3+ team members
  • Advanced SQL and data visualization skills (Looker or Tableau)
  • Well-versed in experimentation, including designing, analyzing, and scaling A/B tests (network experimentation a plus).
  • A proven ability to coach individuals in the use of experimentation and statistical/predictive analysis to guide decision making
  • Experience with Python or R for analysis and workflow automation
  • Experience leading metrics development to summarize key user behaviors that led to strong business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills and ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
