We’re looking for a Global Marketing Project Manager to build the foundation of Front’s marketing campaign operations and drive predictable revenue on marketing investment. With excellent skills in relationship building, communication, and project management, this person will be seen as the central operator for the team, and will serve as chief coordinator and communicator across programs. This person will be critical in ensuring deliverables fall within timelines, scope, and budget, and will help maintain detailed project plans that accurately reflect the status of active projects.

What will you be doing?

  • Project manage prioritized marketing projects/initiatives across marketing teams (Product Marketing, Brand/Content, Comms, Demand Gen, Marketing Ops)
  • Lead the management of the marketing team budget, including: planning, resource management, scheduling, and ROI analysis
  • Manage multiple key marketing projects simultaneously, including: defining & maintaining scope, timelines, budget, resource allocation, milestones, deliverables, and risk monitoring
  • Audit existing campaign operations processes and systems (Jira, Asana) and lead the charge in refining, changing and/or rebuilding the infrastructure within the system for scale
  • Provide timely communication to cross-functional teams to ensure awareness, participation, and alignment on key marketing projects/initiatives
  • Own the planning calendar: assign deliverables, manage timelines, lead cross-functional planning meetings, and project kick-off/check-in meetings
  • Assist in managing and optimizing internal processes for onboarding new vendors

What skills and experience do you need?

  • 3+ years of experience as a project manager on a global marketing team
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • Project management certification preferred 
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team members at various levels of the organization
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced high-growth environment without a lot of direction or oversight
  • Experience with project management software (i.e. Asana, Jira, Workfront, Monday, etc.)
