This role is crucial to Sensor Tower's growth and will be a key contributor to marketing initiatives. You work closely in a cross-functional role with both Sales and Marketing to create and execute strategic marketing programs (including ABM, field marketing, and partner marketing) to drive growth. We are open to candidates being remote or on-site at our San Francisco Headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch ABM programs (1:few, 1:many) to successfully engage strategic accounts moving them effectively through buyer’s journey from acquisition, adoption to upsell
  • Work with Sales leaders to understand unique account opportunity scenarios and guide the team on best ways to engage with their top accounts
  • Work with Product Marketing and Insights to craft compelling content and execute using a multi-channel approach (emails, events, digital, direct mail etc.)
  • Coordinate field events (North America and EMEA) to support demand generation goals 
  • Work with partners and customers to launch online campaigns (including webinars) to drive new leads and enhance brand engagement
  • Track and communicate program effectiveness using data and optimize programs for target accounts

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant ABM management experience, including experience using RollWorks, Terminus, or similar software
  • Must have hands-on experience with building campaigns (email marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and creating reports) as well as coordinating events.
  • Experience working with sales teams Ability to oversee dynamic, fast-moving campaigns and provide mentorship and motivation to an awesome, talented, hard-working team
  • Background in analyzing, presenting and building reports from ad platforms and translating them into spreadsheets and presentation decks, and synthesizing metrics into tactical recommendations
  • Proven track record of improving digital conversion rates through testing and campaign analytics feedback
  • Experience leveraging marketing technology (marketing automation, A/B testing, sales enablement, lead scoring, analytics)Willing to work in a collaborative and results-oriented team environment
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude with strong attention to detail
