We are looking for a Marketing & AI Transformation Program Manager to join our Marketing Strategy & Operations team, sitting within the Marketing Intelligence & AI Transformation function. This is an individual contributor role with cross-functional leadership scope is responsible for driving the operational execution, coordination, and organizational adoption of AI across the Marketing department. This is an execution and enablement role - not a technical build role - where success is measured by how effectively AI initiatives move from roadmap to real adoption across Demand Generation, Content, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, and beyond.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

What you will do
- Administer the Marketing AI Council: scheduling, agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions to keep functional and technical leads aligned on priorities
- Maintain a prioritized AI transformation roadmap with cross-functional input; track delivery, surface blockers, and produce biweekly status updates for Director and VP-level leadership
- Define and manage intake processes for how marketing teams request AI-enabled support, ensuring requests are triaged and routed to the right technical teams
- Collaborate with functional leads to identify, scope, and sequence AI use cases; translate technical capabilities into business-ready plans
- Design and deliver role-specific AI training programs, progressive learning paths, and self-service resources that build AI fluency across the marketing organization
- Champion AI-driven ways of working through internal communications, change management, and identifying team champions for peer-to-peer learning
- Develop responsible AI use guidelines, document standard operating procedures, and ensure marketing practices align with organizational AI policies
- Define and track KPIs for AI adoption and business impact; develop ROI narratives linking AI adoption to productivity and quality improvements

The skills you bring
You must have:
- At least 7 years in program management experience with a focus on enterprise transformation - ideally in B2B environments
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs at scale
- Strong track record leading cross-functional steering committees, councils, or governance forums
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts (generative AI, LLMs, automation, agents) sufficient to educate others and partner credibly with technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills; able to hold multiple teams accountable to a shared roadmap
- Strong communication skills - able to translate technical AI concepts into clear business language for diverse audiences
- Experience with change management frameworks and organizational adoption of new tools or workflows
It would be nice if you also have:
- Background in instructional design or prior experience leading an internal AI council or center of excellence
