In People Programs, we aim to build programs, processes and infrastructure that will allow Cladiators to architect their dream careers at Ironclad. In this role, you’ll use your expertise to develop and execute innovative programs, resources, and enablement that meet us where we are today and set us up for success as we grow. This role will push beyond day one orientation and scheduling coffee chats and is a chance to partner across our People team and Hubs (San Francisco, New York, Indianapolis, Remote) to incubate excitement, catalyze communities, and build practical resources for Cladiators both new and tenured.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Defining the purpose and mission of our new hire experience Evaluating and iterating on new hire programs to ensure they’re impactful, inclusive, and serve our stakeholders
  • Designing a holistic program that includes a variety of enablement touchpoints and balances the experience with the practical 
  • Creating communication plans and managing program execution
  • Evaluating and recommending technical solutions to onboarding and distributed work 
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders in our four Hubs (San Francisco, Indianapolis, New York, and Remote) to build cultural identity and engagementPartnering across the people team to continually evaluate, monitor, and improve the onboarding process and Hub experience

Your Suggested Background:

  • 5+ years of work experience in a related field (HR, Workplace, Customer Experience/Onboarding)
  • Demonstrated program management skills with experience launching programs in remote/distributed settings
  • Seasoned facilitator/trainer, skilled at engagement and materials design particularly in virtual and hybrid environments
  • Experience in measuring and reporting on success in onboarding and engagement

Nice to Haves:

  • Social media, blogging, or online community creation experience
  • Experience with digital authoring tools, podcasting, or video editing
  • Employee engagement and pulse survey experience
