About the Role

As the Order Management Specialist at WalkMe, you'll ensure customer orders are processed quickly and in compliance with company requirements and quality expectations. While processing orders, you will communicate with other individuals and departments through multiple levels of management. As an order processing expert, you will assist with workflow improvements in process and systems, and provide training. You will report to the Senior Manager, Deal Desk.

What You'll Own

  • Review contracts and order paperwork for completeness and accuracy
  • Work with the Deal Desk, Sales, and other teams to obtain documentation for each order
  • Enter deal information into Salesforce.com for order processing, invoicing and commissions/forecasting purposes
  • Ensure issues are escalated with management, following order management processes
  • Help develop workflow improvements, including process and systems (assisting in the development of our requirements, performing systems testing)
  • Promote completion of the customer's onboarding requirements and account updates in Salesforce.com

What You Need to Succeed

  • 2+ years experience in an Order Management role
  • Familiarity with CPQ systems, Saleforce.com experience is helpful for this role
  • As a quickly growing company, this role can be intense, and may require working extended hours during end of quarter
