  • Test new approaches: Work with the team on campaigns, virtual events, and other initiatives that expand our reach and improve partner recruitment.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with Channel Partner Managers to recruit partners who are a strong fit, and work with Technology Partner Managers to explore opportunities through existing integration relationships.
  • Support onboarding: Coordinate with internal teams to give new partners a smooth experience from their first conversation through onboarding.
  • Keep improving: Track your pipeline and results, refine your outreach, and help shape a growing partner acquisition program.

What You'll Bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • A proactive approach to prospecting, relationship building, and meeting goals.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and enthusiasm for helping build a new program with your teammates and manager.
  • The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and contribute to a collaborative team.
Experience with channel sales, partner recruitment, HR technology, SaaS, or partner ecosystems is a plus.
