About the Role
Chime is looking for an experienced platform strategy and operations Strategist to support the Marketing Technology and Operations organization. You’ll be a strategic and operational contributor helping to drive the implementation, adoption and management of 3rd party technologies and the people and processes that enable their impactful use for our partners sitting in Growth Marketing and across the larger organization.
For Colorado based roles: In accordance with applicable law, this role has an annual starting salary of $115,200 plus bonus, a competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual pay may be higher depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role you can expect to
- Be the key point of contact for our 3rd party technical partnerships, ensuring our partners are providing the appropriate level of support and urgency.
- Work closely with cross channel marketing partners to alleviate any issues surrounding the execution and measurement of campaigns across Paid, Lifecycle, Integrated Media and Partners & Affiliates
- Govern the access and use of 3rd party platforms and systems.
- Evangelize and update operational processes surrounding both our built and bought technology stack.
- Partner with technical functions (web, data engineering, data science) to set up and automate data collection and ETL processes for relevant platforms.
- Maintain and monitor dashboards that showcase platform health, spend and other metrics that help gauge the impact and effectiveness of our tech stack.
- Enable the technical execution of testing and experimentation for our marketing channels.
- Educate internal stakeholders on accessing and leveraging numerous platforms as it pertains to their specific role within the organization.
- Perform platform specific operational tasks related to tag management, audience and cohort creation + delivery, MMP based link generation and API access enablement.
To thrive in this role, you have
- 8+ years of Relevant professional experience in Ad operations, marketing operations or platform strategy focused roles.
- Experience using 3rd party technologies and working with marketers to enable new marketing platform features.
- Hands-on experience working with MMPs, Ad Servers, Tag Management Solutions, DAMs, DCO, Targeting platforms, CDPs and other Marketing relevant technologies.
- An understanding of data privacy regulation and general industry changes that impact the ability to effectively leverage 3rd party technologies.
- Curiosity to learn new and unfamiliar ad and marketing technologies and the skills required to effectively use those tools within an organization.
- Passion for building scalable and streamlined processes
- Understanding of marketing measurement methodologies and financial forecasting for both flat and variable cost tech.
- Detail oriented with exceptionally high bar for quality and accuracy
- Strategic business mentality: ability to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and team effectiveness
