Your Impact:
Handshake is hiring a CX Enablement Manager reporting to the Sr Sales Enablement Manager, on the Employer Enablement team. In this role you will have a direct, tangible, and measurable impact on the Customer Success, Account Management, and Program Management teams at Handshake. You will create an extension of our HandshakeU onboarding specifically for all incoming CX hires. You will create and facilitate an ongoing learning structure for product rollouts and CX-specific initiatives. You will have a positive impact on certification scores, NDR, logos retained, and cross-sells. In this role, you will have opportunities to develop collaboration and project management skills, as well as have exposure to the GTM manager and leadership teams.
Your Role
- Design, create, implement, and monitor an onboarding program for our CX / Post-Sales Function
- Continuously monitor, iterate, and improve on our onboarding process to make each new class more successful
- Partner with Managers to develop frameworks and needs assessments for incoming hires
- Partner with Product Marketing for rollout of new marketing collateral and other essential product information
- Assist in providing continuous learning opportunities for the GTM team
- Assist with coordination and rollout of large scale events such as Whiteboard Wednesdays, Sales Kickoff, and internal Quarterly Business Reviews
- Monitor, maintain, and improve internal tools used by the sales team, including Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Facilitate certification paths for tenured hires during new product rollouts and promotion training
- Initiate and vigorously track sales methodology metrics (MEDDICC)
Your Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a CSM/AM/Program Management OR learning and development role
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
- A well-defined approach to performance coaching
- Proven ability to work with others to identify needs and drive change
- Experience building consensus and driving change in organizations
- Excellent project and people management skills
- Exceptional technical aptitude
- Disciplined, flexible, and autonomous work habits; we don't micromanage
- Creative and positive mindset
- Deep level of care in helping other succeed
Bonus Areas of Expertise:
- Knowledge of adult learning concepts and methodologies
- Experience building new hire on-boarding programs
- Proficiencies in WorkRamp, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or Gong
- Knowledge of Handshake product and sales process
