About the Role
The Pre-Sales Revenue Enablement Manager oversees the success of the Pre-Sales Organization. You will report to the VP of Revenue Enablement and partner with the Global SVP of Pre-Sales to focus the curriculum, content and certifications for Pre-Sales resource onboarding and ongoing training. You'll develop resources to maximize sales team performance. You are a Sales or Revenue Enablement Manager professional who has experience developing pre-sales learning materials, enhancing onboarding programs, and delivering new and improved training programs.
What You'll Own
- Manage the onboarding program for new pre-sales team members
- Evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs by identifying and tracking measurements that promote the effectiveness of pre-sales resources
- Work with WalkMe teams to determine projects, product updates, and priorities
- Partner with the Global SVP of Pre-Sales and their regional leadership on additional enablement of new initiatives
- Identify performance gaps within the pre-sales organization and design onboarding content to improve and influence results, working with pre-sales leaders
- Support product launches and upgrades by preparing our teams
- Work with the Revenue Enablement Manager Program Manager to manage projects and coordinate activities that promote productivity and bookings
- Manage the use of relevant learning and development tools and software
What You Need to Succeed
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital adoption, Revenue Enablement Manager, instructional design, or sales training in a Pre-Sales organization
- The ability to maximize the value out of the technology we have by reading support articles, watching instructional videos and working with our CSMs at ISVs
- Contribute to and lead small work groups, process teams and focus groups
- Experience with our tech stack (or similar): Brainshark, Confluence, WalkMe DAP content, and instructional design systems
- Experience developing and reporting on metrics to identify success and performance gaps
- Experience working in a sales, marketing, customer success, or sales operations role
