About the role
Chime’s Operational Excellence team leads critical company-wide operational strategic initiatives in service of enabling Chime’s growth. We work cross-functionally, delivering objective analysis and insights, and designing and implementing solutions with broad reaching impact across the company. On this team, you may dig into designing new business systems and processes, improving key member journeys, or unlocking new opportunities to enable the company to scale effectively. If you like solving hard problems, are analytical and operationally minded, and like to work cross-functionally, we want to hear from you!
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $130,050.00 and up to $180,600.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on enabling Chime to scale effectively and efficiently, including developing and sharing compelling data-based insights around areas of opportunity and solutions
- Evaluate, design and implement core business and operational processes ● Drive cross-functional initiatives to create and scale a world-class experience for our members.
- Contribute to a culture of trust, collaboration and commitment to excellence
To thrive in this role, you have
- 10+ years experience, including working at a top tier management consulting firm or in business operations at a fast-paced tech startup
- Razor sharp analytical and problem solving skills, including ability to structure ambiguous problems and leverage data to inform and support critical decisions
- Experience working with teams across a variety of functions, such as product, engineering, risk, finance and operations.
- Preference for candidates with deep experience in process management and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Low ego with ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork across a broad array of stakeholders
- Ability to effectively identify, prioritize, and handle multiple work streams simultaneously in a dynamic and rapidly-changing environment
