About the role
As a Procurement Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the Coupa configurations and business processes. This position will provide day to day technical administration and functional support of the Coupa Procure to Pay and Coupa Risk Assess in the areas of implementation, application support, process governance and improvement, data analysis and report generation. Our ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of the core application as well as Source-to-Pay processes, bulk data uploads and integration processes. Exposure to other Source to Pay technologies around Sourcing, Contracting highly desirable. Experience with various interfaces (e.g. to NetSuite, ZIP) highly desirable. In this role, you will be part of the IT team and will work closely with the systems architect supporting the procurement and accounting business users.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $119,000.00 and up to $165,300.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to
- Provide technical support to Coupa and Coupa Risk assess application for the Procurement, Accounting and other users
- Assist in the design, development, testing, training and roll-out of additional Coupa modules as required
- Hands-on technical and functional experience on Coupa configurations for multiple modules - Coupa risk assess, supplier onboarding, forms customization, bulk data upload in Coupa, approval workflows, invoicing, virtual cards, cXML punchouts, expense module and Coupa pay
- Able to identify and troubleshoot integration issues between Coupa and Netsuite for Procure to Pay and Expense to Pay processes
- Able to create lookups, Account validation rules, GL and Billing string coding based on User COA and commodities
- Designs and configure Coupa and Coupa Risk assess based on the new business process and requirements
- Reviews major release notes from Coupa and provide assessment and impact analysis
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Accounting functions to develop goals, objectives, and priorities for Coupa to ensure that the business needs are met by system changes
- Possess deep business process knowledge to identify and propose process efficiencies to business users related to Coupa and Coupa Risk assess
- Ability to create process documents, training materials and keep the knowledge base for the team updates
To thrive in this role, you have
- Overall 5 - 6 years of work experience in Finance/ Procurement/ Accounting business functions.
- 4 years of experience in working with Coupa is required, Coupa Risk and related Procure to Pay systems experience is preferred - emphasis on Coupa SIM, cXML integration, Coupa Pay and general system administration.
- Strong business process knowledge, problem solving, analytic, negotiation, project management, and people skills are a must.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, summarize information, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to work effectively and prioritize constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
