While the implementation and delivery of each campaign element will be executed in concert with functional specialists, it is the role of this group to ensure that ZS's campaigns are designed to be well integrated and cohesive, spanning media that may include digital, email, paid media, webinars, social, events and SEO.

This role leads that effort for ZAIDYN and ZS's broader product portfolio, managing the Product Demand Generation team and partnering closely with Product Marketing to turn product priorities into in-market activation.

What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to bring product priorities to life as integrated, multi-channel activation plans spanning digital, ABM, events, alliances and other channels;
  • Manage campaign performance against goals related to engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI, using results to continuously sharpen targeting, messaging deployment and channel mix;
  • Guide deployment of campaign assets and business-support materials, including product demos, trial and adoption content, and sales-facing materials, that drive conversion and account engagement;
  • Lead a Product Demand Generation team, covering professional development and day-to-day management to ensure focus on defined priorities and delivery of expected results;
  • Establish team processes, governance, and execution standards for campaign planning, delivery, reporting, attribution and lead management;
  • Lead post-campaign reviews and translate results into recommendations that improve marketing operations, campaign scalability and pipeline impact;
  • Represent Product Demand Generation in cross-functional planning with Product Marketing and Consulting Marketing, helping shape how the teams work together as the model evolves.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required in marketing or a related business discipline, advanced degree preferred;
  • 10-12+ years of B2B demand generation, campaign leadership, or integrated marketing experience; experience marketing SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or technical products strongly preferred;
  • Proven experience successfully leading and coaching a marketing team;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously and translate strategic priorities into scalable, in-market programs;
  • Experience partnering closely with product marketing or product management counterparts to align activation with product strategy;
  • Deep knowledge of campaign execution, marketing operations, attribution and cross-channel activation;

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and reporting/analytics tools.

  • Critical thinking and the capacity for innovative and original thought with strong attention to detail;
  • Strong international collaboration skills, working with India preferred;
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and helping define process alongside the team, rather than simply following an established one;
  • Must be a self-starter who is able to learn quickly and independently.

How you’ll grow:

  • Cross-functional skills development & custom learning pathways
  • Milestone training programs aligned to career progression opportunities
